Questions? Answers.

Is my data safe? Are you sharing it with other customers?
Your data is completely safe. Airwave will not share any of your data with other customers. Your data is never used to train AI models outside your workspace. Voice messages, videos, service manuals, documents and field notes stay securely within your team's workspace. The AI works entirely within your workspace, surfacing answers only for your team. Your data belongs to you.
How does the knowledge library work?
The Airwave Knowledge Library puts everything your team needs in one place — manuals, schematics, service bulletins, part lists, error codes, and videos, all searchable in seconds. It also captures real-world fixes such as voice messages, videos, field notes and adds them to the library with a single tap. Your team controls the content, and every update is pulled in automatically.
How is Airwave different than other AIs?
Most AIs are built for general tasks. Airwave is purpose-built for technicians, field teams, and service operations. It understands manuals, schematics, part lists, error codes, and complex service bulletins. Unlike ChatGPT or Copilot, Airwave keeps your data private. It never trains on your information or shares it with anyone else.
Do I need to ask questions in a specific way?
No. Just ask questions the way you normally would. "What's the error code for this make and model?" or "How do I reset the controller?" Airwave understands natural, everyday language, even with industry slang or shorthand. Say it your way, Airwave gets it.
Can I pull data from other sources?
Yes. Airwave can ingest manuals, PDFs, videos, service bulletins, schematics, parts databases, and more. It syncs with existing repositories like SharePoint, Dropbox, or Google Drive. You can also upload files directly. The more you load in, the smarter it gets.
Does everyone on my team need the same plan?
No. You can mix and match licenses. Technicians in the field can get Airwave with the glasses. Supervisors, managers, and executives who need access to reports and Blue but won't wear glasses can use the Airwave plan at $75/month.
What's included in the glasses hardware?
Z87+ rated safety glasses with built-in camera, microphone, speakers, and bone conduction audio. Physical record button with visible LED. Ships ready to use with no setup required.
What does "Video Intelligence" actually mean?
We build a custom vision model nased on your specific use cases. The AI watches the video feed in real-time and can guide techs step-by-step, flag errors, and verify correct assembly. This is a dedicated engineering engagement scoped to your workflows.
