These Terms govern access to and use of Airwave by business customers and their authorized users.
Airwave is for use by businesses and their authorized employees, contractors, and representatives.
You own your content.
By using Airwave, you give us permission to process your content only to run the product and deliver the services you request, such as generating reports and AI answers. This permission does not give Airwave ownership of your content and ends when your workspace is closed.
Airwave smart safety glasses may capture video, audio, and images in real-world environments.
You are responsible for following applicable laws, workplace policies, and safety rules when using the product. Airwave does not control how or where you use it.
Airwave helps generate reports, documentation, and analysis, but all outputs are advisory.
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all reports, inspections, safety documentation, and decisions made using Airwave.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data.
If there is a confirmed security issue that materially affects your content, we will notify you promptly.
Airwave owns its software, hardware designs, and trademarks. You own your content.
To the extent allowed by law, Airwave is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, misuse of the product, or reliance on advisory outputs.
When your agreement ends, your workspace and all associated content are permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
